By accessing or using the LehgoRide mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
LehgoRide provides a technology platform that connects riders with independent driver partners. We are a technology company, not a transportation carrier. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of LehgoRide.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You may not share your account with others
- One account per person is permitted
4. Rider Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and dropoff locations
- Be ready at the pickup location when the driver arrives
- Treat drivers with respect
- Pay for rides as agreed
- Do not damage the driver's vehicle
- Follow all applicable laws during your ride
5. Driver Responsibilities
- Maintain valid driver's license and insurance
- Keep vehicle in safe operating condition
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations
- Treat riders with respect and professionalism
- Complete trips as requested
- Comply with LehgoRide's driver guidelines
6. Payments and Fees
- Fare estimates are provided before booking
- Final fare may vary based on actual route and time
- Cancellation fees may apply after driver acceptance
- LehgoRide retains a service fee from each trip
- Promotions and discounts are subject to terms
7. Cancellations
Riders may cancel within 2 minutes of booking for free. After this period, a cancellation fee may be charged to compensate the driver for their time and fuel. Drivers who cancel excessively may face account restrictions.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
- Carry weapons, drugs, or hazardous materials
- Damage property or vehicles
- Attempt to defraud LehgoRide or other users
- Create fake or duplicate accounts
9. Limitation of Liability
LehgoRide is a technology platform connecting riders and drivers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LehgoRide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Monrovia, Liberia, in accordance with Liberian law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
