How do I book a ride?
Open the LehgoRide app, enter your destination, choose your ride type, and tap "Request Ride". A nearby driver will accept your request within minutes.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, mobile money (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money), and card payments. Choose your preferred method in the app.
How is the fare calculated?
Fares are based on distance and time. You'll see the estimated fare before confirming your ride – no surprises or hidden fees.
Can I cancel my ride?
Yes, you can cancel within 2 minutes for free. After that, a small cancellation fee may apply to compensate the driver.
For Drivers
How do I become a driver?
Download the LehgoRide Driver app, submit your documents (ID, driver's license, vehicle registration), and complete verification. You can start earning within 48 hours.
When do I get paid?
Earnings are transferred to your account weekly. You keep up to 80% of every fare.
What vehicles are accepted?
Cars, motorcycles (bikes), and taxis are welcome. Your vehicle must be in good condition and pass our inspection.
Do I set my own hours?
Absolutely. Go online when you want to work, go offline when you're done. It's completely flexible.
